Residential Furniture in Greenville
For residential furniture in Greenville, Walker Business Machines has furnished South Alabama homes since 1965. We carry living room, dining room and bedroom furniture plus mattresses, and you can sit in every piece on our showroom floor on the courthouse square in downtown Andalusia before you decide. We bring it to you with white-glove delivery, so a sofa, a dining set or a new bed shows up at your door in Greenville set up and ready, not left in a box. Whether you are furnishing a new place, replacing a worn-out sofa, or outfitting a guest room before the holidays, we help you pick pieces that fit your room and your life. Call in your order, request delivery, or stop by and try things out in person. We are a family team, and we treat your home like we would our own.
Sit In It Before You Buy
You can try every piece in person before you buy it at our Andalusia showroom. Buying furniture online means guessing whether a cushion is too firm or a sofa fits your frame, and you cannot feel a photo. We would rather you sink into the sofa and pull up a chair at the dining table first. A sectional that looks right on a screen can swallow a modest den, so come see how the real thing feels before it ever leaves the floor.
White-Glove Delivery to Greenville
We deliver and place your furniture throughout South Alabama with white-glove service, which means we carry it in, set it up, and place it where you want it. Our delivery team handles the heavy lifting on everything from bedroom suites to mattresses, so you are not wrestling a headboard up the stairs yourself. Greenville customers, give us a call to arrange delivery, and we will get your pieces into the house ready to use.
Furniture for Every Room
We carry living, dining and bedroom furniture plus mattresses to fill a whole Greenville home or just the one room you are working on. That includes sofas, sectionals and accent chairs for the den, tables and seating for family dinners, and beds, dressers and nightstands for the bedroom. Many folks pair a furniture visit with a look at our home decor, since lamps, mirrors, rugs and art help a new room come together. Come tell us what you are after and we will help you find pieces that fit the space and last.
Furniture That Holds Up in South Alabama
South Alabama heat and humidity are hard on furniture, so we help Greenville families choose pieces built to last through muggy summers and busy households. Butler County summers run hot and sticky, and homes with kids, pets and a steady flow of visitors put real wear on upholstery and mattresses. We will talk through fabrics, cushion fill and frame construction so you are not back shopping in two years. Folksy honesty is how we have kept customers for over sixty years, and we will tell you straight which pieces stand up to real life.
